Wimbledon Offices Ltd and it’s associate company GFA Investments Ltd are a family business. The original family business was The Rapid Results College (RRC) offering no text book based correspondence tuition worldwide. Wimbledon Offices Ltd was set up in the early 1960s when Tuition House was being built to house The Rapid Results College, with additional space available for letting to other tenants. Over time the space required by RRC diminished and more office space was let to other companies.
Over many years the company had purchased the Victorian houses adjacent to Tuition House and in the 1990s plans were initiated for a new building project to substantially increase our property portfolio with a mixed use development of offices, a surgery and flats, known as The Courtyard. As a Landlord we are local to our properties with our office within Tuition House. We aim to manage our properties efficiently, so that our tenants are free to get on with their own work unhampered by worries concerning building maintenance. Our buildings and the gardens are kept looking tidy and presentable making them a pleasant place to work. We have a small friendly team of reception and maintenance staff who deal with day to day upkeep of the building.
Tuition House was built in the late 1960s to house The Rapid Results College (RRC) founded in 1928 by David Young. Ian Young and David M Young are sons of David Young and were in their turn each Principals of RRC. They were until recently directors of Wimbledon Offices Ltd and continue to take an interest in the progress of the company.
The company continues to be run by the Young family and the directors are:
